The key to a successful campaign website is to get your visitors engaged and involved with your election or group. A website is just part of the project.

With Reach Out Communications, you get a package of interactive features, including polls, secure feedback forms, an email system, discussion forums, blogs and group building activities that keep your supporters involved with your campaign.

Here's how it works: Let's say a visitor signs up to receive a yard sign through your campaign site. Of course, the campaign office will be sent a copy of the request by email. But we don't stop there. In addition to an email notice:

The visitor's request will also be added to an online database that you can link to from your office computer, and

Your yard sign coordinator for the visitor's area (based on zipcode, county, etc) will receive a request to deliver the sign, and

If the visitor checked the [ ] Send Email Updates box, their address will be added to your online email list, and

If the visitor said they wanted to volunteer, notification is sent to your volunteer coordinator (and added to the online volunteer list), and

The visitor can be sent an automatic thank-you message, or you can have your staff send individual thank-yous.

The goal is to automate the website and improve how your campaign works with the web.

Voter Files: Every campaign will be able to download and work with the latest voter registration file for your district/area, updated at least every six months. Plus, we can match your office database against the voter file, correcting addresses and adding personal information such as party registration, voting history, data of birth, legislative district, etc.
